England earns second defeat yet again

Following their 2-1 loss to Italy courtesy of a Balotelli header which earned Azurri the win. England coach Roy Hodgson was expecting his squad to brace up their game in preparation for their tie against Uruguay.

The reverse was to be the case as the Three Lions earned themselves a second defeat which puts them on the brink of eviction after they got a 2-1 loss to Uruguay.

The tie was to be a huge hurdle for the Three Lions following the inclusion of just recovering from injury Suarez and the player lived up to expectations of the spectators as he got both goal for Uruguay the first came in the 39th with England putting up a fight courtesy of a Wayne Rooney strike which came up though late in the game at the 75th minute only to have their celebration short lived as Suarez got his second in the 85th minutes earning Uruguay the win.

This leaves England in the fourth place with one game to go.
